The Minnesota Commissioner of Health expressly delegates the Commissioner’s authority to commence an action under Minnesota Statute, “Tuberculosis Health Threat Act”, to the Hennepin County Board of Health. In addition, the Commissioner expressly delegates the Commissioner’s authority to receive information necessary to carry out contact investigations for tuberculosis cases to the County.
