Note: In-kind contributions may be in the form of real property, equipment, supplies and other expendable property, and goods and services directly benefiting and specifically identifiable to the project or program.
In-kind services provided by the CDC's 318A grant through the Florida Department of Health include HIV and other STI testing supplies, DH1628 Laboratory Request Forms, laboratory services, HIV/AIDS 500 training course for educators, HIV/AIDS 501 Prevention Counseling, Testing and Linkage Services Course for outreach counselors/testers, update courses for staff, and other necessary forms and supplies.
