Note: In-kind contributions may be in the form of real property, equipment, supplies and other expendable property, and goods and services directly benefiting and specifically identifiable to the project or program.
Provide HIV testing supplies, Laboratory Request Forms and state laboratory services at no charge to the Provider. Provide the HIV/AIDS 500 prerequisite course, the HIV/AIDS 501 Prevention Counseling, Testing, and Linkage course, annual HIV/AIDS 501 updates and rapid testing trainings at no charge to the Provider. Provide technical assistance, as needed, to the Provider.
