Note: In-kind contributions may be in the form of real property, equipment, supplies and other expendable property, and goods and services directly benefiting and specifically identifiable to the project or program.
The Washington State Department of Health purchases Bicillin-LA under their 340b account, which are sent out to the Local Health Jurisdictions in the state, including the Spokane Health District. The Spokane Health District does not pay for these medications.
