Note: In-kind contributions may be in the form of real property, equipment, supplies and other expendable property, and goods and services directly benefiting and specifically identifiable to the project or program.
The Hawaii Department of Public Safety receives in-kind support from the Hawaii Department of Health to support and promote viral hepatitis testing, care, and treatment at the Women's Community Correctional Center, including: a) Point-of-care hepatitis C surface antibody test kits and controls; b) Laboratory requisition forms for hepatitis RNA confirmatory testing and cost for lab processing of up to 250 specimens; c) Hepatitis A and/or B adult vaccines; d) Viral hepatitis educational materials.
