The Hawaii Department of Public Safety receives in-kind support from the Hawaii Department of Health to support and promote viral hepatitis testing, care, and treatment at the Kulani Correctional Facility, including: a) Point-of-care hepatitis C surface antibody test kits and controls; b) Laboratory requisition forms for hepatitis RNA confirmatory testing and cost for lab processing of up to 250 specimens; c) Hepatitis A and/or B adult vaccines; d) Viral hepatitis educational materials.
