OPA has changed the format of the Excel file created when Covered Entity search results are exported. The new format has multiple worksheets when the user selects any fields from the shipping address section, the contract pharmacy sections, or the Notice of Funding Opportunity section. The worksheets will be named “Contract Pharmacy Details,” “Shipping Address Details,” and “Nature Of Support Details.“ Any user who needs the original export format (with all the fields in one worksheet) should use the public user version of OPAIS (https://340bopais.hrsa.gov/home), and check the box at the top labeled “Use old export format”.
