What You Can Do

Use a variety of search criteria to search for covered entities, contract pharmacies, and manufacturers.

View a table of results that match your search criteria. Search results data tables can be sorted and filtered as desired.

Select an individual covered entity, contract pharmacy, or manufacturer to view its detailed information.

Select one or more records from the search results and specify individual fields to export to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Download and view standard 340B OPAIS The 340B Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (OPAIS) is a collection of information submitted by covered entities, contract pharmacies, and manufacturers maintained and verified by HRSA's Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA). reports, including:

• Medicaid Exclusion Files
• Contract Pharmacy Carve-Ins
• Daily Reports:
  • Covered Entities
  • Contract Pharmacies
  • Manufacturers

Select the ADR Petitions from the top menu.

• The ADR Petitions tab contains a list of ADR petitions with the logged-in external user listed as the Petitioner or Opposing contact.

• The External User Non-HRSA user who has created an account. External users may or may not have any associations with a covered entity or a manufacturer. External users must follow a two-step authentication process to log into the system. can edit the ADR Petitions either as a petitioner or Opposing contact and save the information added to the Petition.

When you create an account for a covered entity (CE) or manufacturer, the 340B system will automatically locate and associate your existing covered entities and contract pharmacies or labeler codes. Upon successful creation of an account, the system will allow you to login to the application using the credentials you registered. Logged-in users can associate themselves to a registration as an AO or PC.
